* Native Instant Messengers: Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and ICQ and 3rd Party chat tools
* Microsoft Outlook and other 3rd party email applications
* Both USB and Bluetooth connections

Requirements

* Blackberry OS 4.1 or higher
* Blackberry Desktop Manager software 4.1 or higher
* One of the Java enabled Blackberry devices listed above
* Full MDS connectivity or direct TCP connectivity
* If you have a BES behind a firewall, connections to all servers must be permitted and ports 80, 443 and 1863 must be open
* 'Desktop [IPPP]' service book must be installed

Refunds Are Not Available for:

• Software that has a free trial or demo version offered on the site
• Software purchased for the wrong device or mobile operating system
• Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process
• A $10.00 processing fee will apply in the case that a replacement registration code must be submitted. This is true even if a customer has lost their BlackBerry device.
