As promised a few days ago we finally we’re able to get our hands around HanDBase. Now some may ask , ” What is HanDBase”? We asked the same question about a month ago also. So we finally broke down installed the application and little to our suprise the HanDBase application was actioned pack. Below we would like to describe to you features of HanDBase and what it can do for you.

What is the HanDBase BlackBerry Application? : HanDBase is database management system that allows you manage information on our computer and mobile device . It’s been refered to as a “fast relational database”. What can you store ? Anything and everything that you can imagine….. Passwords, Grocery List, Medical Records, DVD’s …..etc.

The HanDBase application version comes in three diffrent versions : Plus Edition, Professional Edition, and Enterprise Edition. Prices range from $29.99 -$79.99. The Plus Edition is quite enough for the average user.

HanDBase seemed a little overwealming in the begining but after we poked around for about an hour everything came together. If you buy this software please read the userguide and you will be breezing through this apps in a matter of days. One of the things that we like is the fact that they offer the application across a variety of platforms such as : Palm OS, Windows Mobile (for Pocket PC and Smartphone), Symbian Series 60 and UIQ, and BlackBerry. Now you may ask why does that matter? This mean alot for end users. This means that they believe in their application and are willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy their audience - even across various platforms. Also if you search on google you’ll see that HanDBase has received great feedback. In the end we give HanDBase a 7.5 out of 10.
